Announcing the 2025 IIUSA Board Election Slate

It is our honor to present the recommended candidates for the 2025 IIUSA Board election. At such a critical time for the EB-5 industry, it is imperative that our association is represented by dedicated leaders.
The Nominations Committee carefully considered all nominations put forth after a general call to the membership. The recommended candidates have demonstrated commitment to, recent engagement with, and support of IIUSA as well as ethical business practices.
Details about the election and information about the candidates are provided below. We invite your participation in the election and we appreciate your engagement with IIUSA.

Election Process
IIUSA’s 20th Annual Membership Meeting will take place at 3:30pm CT on Monday, April 28, 2025, prior to the start of the EB-5 Industry Forum at the Thompson Hotel in Houston, TX. All candidates or a proxy will have the opportunity to briefly address the membership about their candidacy. There will be no live stream or recording of the membership meeting.
Each member organization in good standing* will receive information in the coming days for how to cast their electronic vote for the election. Each member organization has a “designated voter” and that person will receive emailed instructions. Voting will open following the conclusion of the Membership Meeting and members will have until 3:00pm CT on April 29th to electronically cast their votes.
Each member organization gets 1 ballot to cast votes for the 3 open Director positions** and all 3 Officer positions. Members may cast up to 3 votes for the same person for each Director opening, if they choose. The Director candidates with the 3 highest vote counts*** will fill the open Director seats. The results of the voting will be announced at 4:30pm CT on Tuesday, April 29 after the conclusion of the day’s conference programming.
*Member organizations more than 30 days past due will be unable to vote until the dues are paid or a payment plan is established.
**Due to a stipulation in IIUSA’s bylaws, a maximum of 1 Service Provider candidate can fill the open Directors seats in this year’s election.
***If more than 1 Service Provider candidates are in the top 3 for vote count, only the 1 with the highest counts will be seated. The Regional Center candidate with the next highest count will be seated per the bylaws stipulation noted above.
