Invest in the USA (IIUSA) is the national, membership-based 501(c)(6) not-for-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program (the “Program”). Our members account for the vast majority of capital formation and job creation generated in the United States resulting from the Program.

IIUSA members are bound by the IIUSA Code of Conduct – a commitment to act with integrity and high ethical standards in all EB-5 business.

New Bipartisan Bill Introduced to

Improve Communication Between USCIS & EB-5 Regional Center Stakeholders

Washington, D.C. – February 9, 2024 – Invest in the USA (IIUSA) is proud to announce the bipartisan introduction of H.R. 7220, the EB-5 Regional Center Program Advisory Committee Authorization Act, sponsored by Representatives Greg Stanton (D-AZ), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Lance Gooden (R-TX), and Dwight Evans (D-PA). The new bill creates advisory committee within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to develop recommendations for improvements to the EB-5 Regional Center Program.

RFP NOW OPEN FOR AN UPDATED EB-5 ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY

Invest in the USA (IIUSA) announces the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an economic impact study of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We want to quantify the post-2016 economic impact of the EB-5 Program and are inviting qualified firms to submit their proposals.
